Description
This modern villa in Californian style but with a distinctive French charm is located just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach of Erromardy, in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and about 15 km from Biarritz.
The villa has four bedrooms, a large heated swimming pool (12×5), and beautiful ocean views.
The villa suits 8 persons comfortably. The ground floor of the house has a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen and access to the terrace, garden, and pool. On this floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a veranda room which can be used as an office for work or as a children’s playroom.
On the first floor, you will find three more bedrooms, each with access to a terrace overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful ocean views and very comfortable proximity to the beach.
The house is also very bright and its garden and pool are nice for relaxing outside.

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
