Its exceptional location offers breathtaking panoramic views over the entire bay and the wide, long beach. The spacious terrace on the upper floor of the penthouse, fitted with a jacuzzi and outdoor furniture, allows guests to enjoy the view at any time of the day or night.
The design of the flat cleverly combines mouldings and high ceilings with modern equipment and furniture. The ground level of the flat has a spacious living room with a cosy terrace overlooking the ocean, an open kitchen, and four bedrooms.
A private lift takes you to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms and a 120 m2 terrace with a jacuzzi.
Here you are just a few steps away from the main streets of Saint-Jean-de-Luz with its boutiques and restaurants. And, of course, a few steps away from the spacious sandy beach of the bay.

Three weeks went by like three days. We had a wonderful stay, loved Biarritz and the house.
This is a perfect place for a family summer vacation! We and our friends were able to release all the pressure from lockdown. 🙏🏻

We had never been to Biarritz… We leave conquered! We came in May and discovered a magnificent city, on the edge of the cliffs, which also exudes conviviality and authenticity. The climate was very pleasant. As far as the organization is concerned, nothing to complain about… When we handed over the keys, everything was ready and our flat had a lot of charm, a typical charm of the region, with a lot of character. And what’s more, just a stone’s throw from the beach…
At the same time, Alexandre and Eve even went through the whole program of our stay with us… Everything was already organized, we just had to enjoy it! The restaurants that were recommended to us were worth a visit… We had a great time. We also really enjoyed the excursion to Spain and they had given us precise information on all the things to do, so we really enjoyed the day.

I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
