This flat is located in one of the historic areas of Biarritz, less than 10 minutes walk from the Grande Plage, on the road lined with beautiful Napoleonic houses.
This flat is on the ground floor (and occupies the whole of this floor) of a bourgeois house in a nice quiet area of Biarritz. There are only 3 or 4 flats. The flat has just been completely renovated and offers 4 comfortable suites and 3 bathrooms. The comfortable living room with its open kitchen flows into a spacious, light and air-conditioned veranda with a large family dining table to create a particularly comfortable “summer” lounge.
The veranda provides access to a fully private garden, nicely equipped with sun loungers and everything you need to stroll or enjoy summer meals outside. There is also a small heated swimming pool/jacuzzi – ideal for children and adults to cool off in the hot weather.
There is a fully private, enclosed parking area for 2 cars, gated and has direct access to the private garden.
What we adore
A flat in the centre of Biarritz with a small swimming pool, a nice private garden for the children, a vast terrace for endless planchas, out of sight, is rare.
And we find this flat particularly elegant.

This is a perfect place for a family summer vacation! We and our friends were able to release all the pressure from lockdown. 🙏🏻

My guys loved the waves!!!!
I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊
The atmosphere in Biarritz is incredible!!!!

Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
