This eco-lodge style villa, recently completely rebuilt with natural materials, is situated in a unique location. Cap Ferret is bathed on one side by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean (with waves for surfing) and on the other side by the calm Arcachon Gulf, full of oyster beds. For the ultimate in happiness!
The villa is brand new and fresh, recently completely rebuilt and refurbished. Built in the ecolodge style using natural materials, wood, and decorated by a designer. The house is quite spacious, situated on a 2500 m2 plot of land, with no opposite. In front of the house, there is a large wooden terrace with a barbecue and several areas for outdoor recreation and family dinners, a green lawn surrounded by a pine forest. Heated swimming pool. There is also a ping-pong table, toys for children and a piano.

The location is quiet, with lots of trees and greenery around. The sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk along a road with huge pine trees all around.
Cap Ferret is located in the Arcachon basin (about 200 km from Biarritz on the Atlantic coast and 60 km from Bordeaux). The place is unique and very interesting because Cap Ferret is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean (with waves and surfing possibilities) on one side and the Bassin d'Arcachon on the other (no waves and warmer waters because the basin is shallower and warms up all summer). This place is called the oyster mecca of France, as there are many oyster and mussel farms in the bay.

Today, as well as visiting oyster beds and restaurants serving the best seafood, Cap Ferré can offer boat trips and sandy beaches all along its length - the cape is about 25 kilometres long.
Nearby is the famous Dune de Pyla, a unique natural phenomenon, a giant sand mountain that is constantly growing and moving, the largest dune in Europe. It is 500 metres wide, 130 metres high and about three kilometres long. The crest of the dune is an excellent viewing platform from which to see Cap Ferre's contours and at its foot is a beautiful beach.
The nearest airport is in Bordeaux.

I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊

Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.

At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
