Description

The flat is located in a historical villa between the famous Hotel du Palais (former residence of Napoleon III) and the Thalasso Centre. The street here is small and quiet, but all the infrastructure is only a few steps away.

The flat has been recently renovated and is very comfortable. The balcony terrace offers a beautiful view of other historical villas in Biarritz and the ocean. From here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine.
The flat is located on the villa’s first floor and comprises a spacious living room with a large dining table and access to the balcony terrace and three bedrooms, and a separate kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an additional small children’s room with bunk beds and could be ideal for a nanny or for parents with young children who prefer to sleep near the children.
A garage in the building will be made available to you.

My guys loved the waves!!!!
I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊
The atmosphere in Biarritz is incredible!!!!
The endless beaches are particularly impressive!!!! And it’s very cool to jog along the ocean!!!!))))))

The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
