Beautiful sunshine floods the rooms throughout the day, and in the evening, you are spoilt with beautiful sunsets.
The spacious flat occupies 200 m2 and two floors of the house’s noblest part, with panoramic ocean views from every room. High ceilings, quality furnishings, comfortable furniture and soft linens offer ultimate comfort and carefree relaxation.
1st floor: Entrance hall, dressing room, guest bathroom, living/dining room with large glass doors opening onto a balcony terrace with views of the beach and ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Large bedroom with ocean view and its own access to the terrace. The bathroom with a shower is open to the bedroom.

It overlooks the elegant Biarritz lighthouse, the Hôtel du Palais, the Roche Perse rock, a favourite place for birds, and of course Miramar beach itself, one of the favourite beaches of the Palais' clients and local nobility, because of its privacy and protection from the gaze of the city's holidaymakers.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
