This villa is certainly one of the most luxurious in Biarritz. It is a contemporary property, bright and particularly spacious (600 m2), built around an inner courtyard with a huge terrace (400 m2) that surrounds a magnificent heated swimming pool.
This is a rare asset in Biarritz, and you will finally be able to enjoy the proximity of nature in Biarritz itself, in a property where the interiors and all the outdoor space truly offer an inside-outside lifestyle in harmony. The obvious advantage here is the huge green space (1.5 ha in the middle of Biarritz), enjoying its own park with huge lawns surrounding the house on all sides. The children can take full advantage of this, running and playing ball on the grass, while the adults can relax in the refreshing shade of the huge century-old trees. Or have a noisy game of pétanque on the bowling green.
The large triple lounge is well equipped with sofas and couches. There is also a fitness room in the right wing of the villa. The main part of the living room is a 200 m2 living space with wide access to the terrace, which allows to almost completely erase the limit between the house and the terrace and to fully enjoy the outside.
Each of the 8 hotel standard suites has its own bathroom and toilet, its own terrace, and some rooms have their own direct access to the garden. 5 suites are air-conditioned.
The heated pool is a huge 14×8 metres with a depth of 2.5 metres but gently sloping and perfect for playing with children.
The villa is located in the quiet and perfectly calm area of Biarritz, 5 minutes drive from the town centre and the various beaches.

The villa is located in a quiet and residential area, with equivalent villas in the vicinity. It is not a tourist area, and you will only find local people.
A Michelin starred restaurant is within walking distance.
Only a few minutes drive from the villa, and you will find a shopping area with all the necessities and Grand Frais and other large stores.
The city centre of Biarritz and several beautiful beaches are within a 5-minute drive.
The nearest airport is in Biarritz (BIQ), only 3 km away.

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.

At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
