Description
Ideal for families with children. The house is located in a quiet and respectable neighbourhood in Anglet, surrounded by refreshing greenery and within walking distance of the beaches. It is also very close to all amenities and the centre of Biarritz.
On the villa’s ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a laundry room and a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace, and the room can be used as a master suite. There is also a guest bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The room can also be used as a games room.
There are three further bedrooms on the first floor: the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the large terrace-balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There are also two children’s bedrooms. On the same floor, there is another bathroom (with a shower and bath) for the children.
What we adore
A spacious, flat garden with a green lawn and swings for the children. Many large trees and pines around, which provide natural coolness and shade on hot summer days.
Several terraces can be used at different times of the day, and the living room opening entirely onto the terrace in front of the pool, which allows you to live outside all day.

Anglet (and especially Chiberta) is one of the most popular places for our guests. This place has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Huge Californian-style sandy beaches stretching for over 4 km. A pine forest with a lake for walks. There are also cycle paths, a skate park, an ice rink, children's playgrounds and plenty of green grass areas, cafés and restaurants on the beach, as well as its own Halles. The summer is perfectly breathable, thanks to the iodine and pine trees. And above all, Biarritz and its rich infrastructure are only 5 to 10 minutes away by car.
The nearest airport is in Biarritz (BIQ).

Three weeks went by like three days. We had a wonderful stay, loved Biarritz and the house.
This is a perfect place for a family summer vacation! We and our friends were able to release all the pressure from lockdown. 🙏🏻

I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.

At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
