Description

This new villa is located in Anglet, just on the border with Biarritz (just 2 km from the center of Biarritz) and within walking distance of the spacious sandy beaches. The location is perfect as it is a little away from the tourist crowds, but all the amenities are within easy walking distance, a lovely farmer’s market, coastal restaurants, and cafés.

The house has two floors, with the ground floor featuring a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and one of the four bedrooms of the house. The entire ground floor opens onto a terrace and garden with a green lawn and a heated swimming pool.

On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have views of the ocean and pine trees.

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all points of infrastructure, allowing for a pleasant lifestyle where everything is accessible on foot.
About 9 minutes (about 650 m) walk to the beautiful sandy beaches, and a few minutes walk to the coastal cafés, restaurants, and the Anglet farmers' market. Nearby are several golf courses, a lake, and a pine forest, where it is very pleasant to walk and cycle.

Anglet is one of our guests' favorite holiday destinations. It has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Huge and wide, California-like beaches stretch over 4 km. Pine forests and a lake for walks. Cycle paths, skate park, ice rink, beach cafés, and restaurants, as well as its own wonderful farmers' market. There's no sense of summer tourist congestion, and it's wonderfully breathable with iodine and pine trees. Best of all, Biarritz and its extensive infrastructure is a stone's throw away (around 5–10 minutes by car).

The nearest airport is in Biarritz (BIQ), 4 km away.

We had never been to Biarritz… We leave conquered! We came in May and discovered a magnificent city, on the edge of the cliffs, which also exudes conviviality and authenticity. The climate was very pleasant. As far as the organization is concerned, nothing to complain about… When we handed over the keys, everything was ready and our flat had a lot of charm, a typical charm of the region, with a lot of character. And what’s more, just a stone’s throw from the beach…

At the same time, Alexandre and Eve even went through the whole program of our stay with us… Everything was already organized, we just had to enjoy it! The restaurants that were recommended to us were worth a visit… We had a great time. We also really enjoyed the excursion to Spain and they had given us precise information on all the things to do, so we really enjoyed the day.

My guys loved the waves!!!!
I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
