Description
This beautiful and brand-new villa has won our hearts. Cozy, very comfortable, and incredibly stylish, it is nestled in the town of Seignosse, the mecca of true surfers. In an idyllic location, surrounded by pine trees, and lush greenery, and within easy walking distance of the spacious sandy beaches.
The ground floor of the villa has a living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room has access to the terrace, pool, and summer bar. Also on the ground floor, there is the kitchen, the dining area, the TV room, and the parental suite with access to the garden and a private bathroom with a dressing room.
The terrace of the villa is equipped with a large wood dining table for family meals al fresco. There are comfortable sofas for long, warm evenings with a glass of wine.
On the first floor of the villa, there are four more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. And the guest house has a sixth bedroom with its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Seignosse is a paradise, a choice of living in a quiet place away from the bustling crowds, an authentic and simple way of life, and a very respectful attitude towards nature and human relationships. Huge sandy beaches, pine forests to walk or cycle through, protected lakes and ponds.
Seignosse is ideally located, close to the port of Capbreton and the sea-lake of Hossegor, and just 40km from the center of Biarritz.
Spaciousness and omnipresent nature are the real virtues of Seignosse, but above all, it is a seaside resort, famous for its world surfing championships and its international golf course.

Three weeks went by like three days. We had a wonderful stay, loved Biarritz and the house.
This is a perfect place for a family summer vacation! We and our friends were able to release all the pressure from lockdown. 🙏🏻

We had never been to Biarritz… We leave conquered! We came in May and discovered a magnificent city, on the edge of the cliffs, which also exudes conviviality and authenticity. The climate was very pleasant. As far as the organization is concerned, nothing to complain about… When we handed over the keys, everything was ready and our flat had a lot of charm, a typical charm of the region, with a lot of character. And what’s more, just a stone’s throw from the beach…
At the same time, Alexandre and Eve even went through the whole program of our stay with us… Everything was already organized, we just had to enjoy it! The restaurants that were recommended to us were worth a visit… We had a great time. We also really enjoyed the excursion to Spain and they had given us precise information on all the things to do, so we really enjoyed the day.

I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊

Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.

At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
