Description

The villa is located on one of the sympathetic avenues of the historical part of Biarritz. It takes just two minutes to walk to the beautiful Grande Plage. It is the ideal place for a holiday without a car. Absolutely all local amenities are just nearby.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a large triple living room, an open kitchen, a study and two terraces. One of the terraces is located in the courtyard of the house and provides spacious space for family gatherings and al fresco dining.

The second and third floors are occupied by six bedrooms and a recreation room, which can be used as a place to retreat and work, or as a playroom or a bedroom for the baby. Some bedrooms have a balcony or terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture.

Three weeks went by like three days. We had a wonderful stay, loved Biarritz and the house.
This is a perfect place for a family summer vacation! We and our friends were able to release all the pressure from lockdown. 🙏🏻

We had never been to Biarritz… We leave conquered! We came in May and discovered a magnificent city, on the edge of the cliffs, which also exudes conviviality and authenticity. The climate was very pleasant. As far as the organization is concerned, nothing to complain about… When we handed over the keys, everything was ready and our flat had a lot of charm, a typical charm of the region, with a lot of character. And what’s more, just a stone’s throw from the beach…

At the same time, Alexandre and Eve even went through the whole program of our stay with us… Everything was already organized, we just had to enjoy it! The restaurants that were recommended to us were worth a visit… We had a great time. We also really enjoyed the excursion to Spain and they had given us precise information on all the things to do, so we really enjoyed the day.

Booking conditions

Payment

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.

At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
