Description
This light-filled villa is nestled under the tall pines of Anglet, close to the wide sandy beaches. The original dune garden and views of the ocean, invitingly glimpsed between the pines, give the house a special charm.
The house is reminiscent of the architecture of Hollywood villas. At the top of the stairs leading up to the villa, a sumptuous wooden door welcomes you. Behind the door is a large and very bright living room with an open kitchen. Behind the kitchen, there is a secluded terrace with a breakfast table and an outdoor grill.
The villa is fully opened out towards the large main terrace with a heated swimming pool. Floor-to-ceiling opened windows in the living room allow you to enjoy the fresh air throughout the day.
The villa has 7 bedrooms.
The upper floor comprises a master suite with an en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and shower), separate toilet, and private balcony, as well as 3 further bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor of the villa, there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) and 2 more bathrooms with a shower. Both bedrooms have their own access to the dune garden.
Finally, the seventh bedroom is located in the guest house next to the pool. It has a double bed, another small bedroom with a single bed and storage space, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
What we adore
The villa is ideally located within easy walking distance of the beaches, yet in a quiet and intimate setting, surrounded by similar villas.
The design and furnishings of the villa are pleasing to the eye and are conducive to a seaside holiday. The splendid wooden table in the living room is worthy of particular mention, as is the abundance of light throughout the house.
And of course, the spacious (15m x 5m) heated swimming pool is a real eye-catcher!

The surroundings
For privacy reasons, the exact location of the house is not shown on the map.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 10-minute walk from spacious sandy beaches and within walking distance of some seaside cafes. And within a few minutes drive are all the important points of infrastructure.
Several golf courses, a lake, and a pine forest are nearby, where it is very pleasant to walk and cycle.
If you want to rent a bike, there are plenty of bike paths in the immediate vicinity of the villa. These will take you to Bayonne along the Adour river or explore the Chiberta forest.
Anglet is one of our guests' favorite holiday destinations. It has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Huge and wide, California-like beaches stretch for over 4 km. A pine forest and a lake for a nature walk. Cycle paths, skate park, ice rink, beach cafes, and restaurants, and its own wonderful farmers' market. There's no sense of summer tourist congestion, and the ocean and pine trees are lovely to breathe in. Best of all, Biarritz and its extensive infrastructure is a stone's throw away (around 5-10 minutes by car).
The nearest airport is in Biarritz (BIQ), 6km away.

Three weeks went by like three days. We had a wonderful stay, loved Biarritz and the house.
This is a perfect place for a family summer vacation! We and our friends were able to release all the pressure from lockdown. 🙏🏻

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
