Description
This cozy cocoon of linen, warm wood, and noble stone has a fresh, tropical green vibe that makes it for a particularly relaxing holiday. The villa is well hidden but located just a short walk from the excellent surf spots of Parlementia and Alcyons, in the heart of the authentic town of Guethary (10 km from Biarritz).
The house consists of a spacious living room opening out onto a beautiful wooden terrace with a swimming pool. The open kitchen with island, American style, is well equipped with the latest technology. On the terrace is a large dining table for your al fresco breakfasts and dinners overlooking the palm trees. The house is fully turned towards the terrace, garden, and large heated pool.
There is an office area with a 27′ iMac computer, a game room with a foosball table, a pool table and Playstation 5 console, and an outside rack to store your surfboards.
The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a SONOS sound system.
The house has 4 bedrooms, each with garden views and access to the pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet.

The villa is ideally located in the heart of Getari, just 100m from the nearest restaurants, bars, and shops. Parlementia beach can be reached in a few minutes via a path through the heath. The centres of Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz are just 15 minutes away by car.

My guys loved the waves!!!!
I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
