This majestic 1912 family home is nestled between the two charming coastal towns of Bidart and Guéthary. The house has been fully renovated and is exquisitely decorated in a modern style. A beautiful terrace of 200 m2 overlooking the mountains and the ocean. A 16m heated swimming pool and a spacious garden of 1.2 hectares.
The 3-floors house consists of a huge bright living room with large windows, a dining room, and 6 bedrooms (each with a bathroom).
After passing through the gate, you come to a pathway that leads to an architecturally impressive villa. Its front entrance leads directly into the huge living room with a large flat-screen TV, state-of-the-art sound system, and fireplace. The well-equipped dining area and modern kitchen with a central island are an extension of the living room. The laundry room is located in the basement.
A spacious south-facing terrace opens up to a cozy summer lounge and alfresco dining area. From here you can admire the garden with the heated pool below and the mountains in the distance.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, shower, dressing room, and balcony, as well as 3 further double bedrooms, each with shower and toilet. On the third floor are two double bedrooms with a shower and toilet and an additional living room with a TV.
The house is ideally located just a little away from the crowds of summer tourists, yet only a short drive from the best beaches on the coast, coastal restaurants with fine seafood, trendy bars, and surf spots.

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
