Description
This newly built and designed luxury villa is bathed in light: high ceilings, spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, modern materials, and equipment. As the villa is situated on a hill, all its terraces offer splendid panoramic views of the sea, the town with its typical Basque red tile roofs, the beach of the shell-shaped bay, and the harbor.
The villa consists of three floors and is equipped with a lift. On the top floor, there is a spacious, bright living room with terraces and wonderful panoramic ocean views, as well as an open-plan kitchen and a master suite with en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs you’ll find 5 more bedrooms and 4 more bathrooms as well as a heated swimming pool on the interior patio. Three of these bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the ocean.
A large garage for several cars is located on the lowest floor.
Another terrace on the roof of the house has magnificent views. Large dining table, sofas, grill: everything you need for family meals with breathtaking views!

As the villa is situated on a hill, all its terraces offer a beautiful panoramic view of the town with its typical red-tiled roofs, the shell-shaped beach of the bay, and the fishing port.
It takes literally two minutes to walk to the nearest cafes and restaurants. You will pass the old church with its pretty stone square. The place is steeped in history and is very picturesque.
The town of Ciboure is ideally located, a little away from the main tourist crowds. But at the same time, it is within walking distance of all the infrastructure and beaches. The nearest Michelin-starred restaurant is a 10-15 minute walk away.
The nearest airports are - Biarritz (BIQ), 20km from the villa, and San Sebastian (EAS) in Spain, 19km from the villa.

We had never been to Biarritz… We leave conquered! We came in May and discovered a magnificent city, on the edge of the cliffs, which also exudes conviviality and authenticity. The climate was very pleasant. As far as the organization is concerned, nothing to complain about… When we handed over the keys, everything was ready and our flat had a lot of charm, a typical charm of the region, with a lot of character. And what’s more, just a stone’s throw from the beach…
At the same time, Alexandre and Eve even went through the whole program of our stay with us… Everything was already organized, we just had to enjoy it! The restaurants that were recommended to us were worth a visit… We had a great time. We also really enjoyed the excursion to Spain and they had given us precise information on all the things to do, so we really enjoyed the day.

Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.

At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
