Description

The villa is located opposite Milady beach, one of the most picturesque on the coast.
Just a short walk away there are several delicious seaside restaurants, a large playground for children on the sand overlooking the ocean, and a neighbourhood with various grocery shops.

The house has spectacular ocean views. And in the courtyard, there is a garden with a covered terrace equipped with a large dining table for family meals in the summer and a heated swimming pool (11×5 meters) and Jacuzzi.

The villa has three floors. The main (central) level features a large, bright living room with a large, open-plan kitchen and access to the ocean-side and pool-side terraces. This level also has one of the bedrooms with a balcony.

The upper floor has two large air-conditioned bedrooms. The bedrooms have access to a shared balcony with beautiful panoramic ocean views as well as garden-side terraces.

On the lower floor, you will find two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

The location of the villa is very convenient as it allows you to walk straight down to the beautiful Milady beach with its delicious coastal restaurant, large playground on the sand and great waves for surfing. And you'll also be just a short walk from another beautiful beach (one of our favourites), Ilbarritz. On this beach, you'll find two more of our guests' favourite tasty restaurants: La Plancha and Blue Cargo.
For golf enthusiasts, the golf course with incredible ocean views is nearby.
The centre of Biarritz is also easily accessible by bicycle or a pleasant long walk along the beaches.

The nearest airport is in Biarritz (BIQ), 4 km from the villa.

We had never been to Biarritz… We leave conquered! We came in May and discovered a magnificent city, on the edge of the cliffs, which also exudes conviviality and authenticity. The climate was very pleasant. As far as the organization is concerned, nothing to complain about… When we handed over the keys, everything was ready and our flat had a lot of charm, a typical charm of the region, with a lot of character. And what’s more, just a stone’s throw from the beach…

At the same time, Alexandre and Eve even went through the whole program of our stay with us… Everything was already organized, we just had to enjoy it! The restaurants that were recommended to us were worth a visit… We had a great time. We also really enjoyed the excursion to Spain and they had given us precise information on all the things to do, so we really enjoyed the day.

Booking conditions

Payment

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
