Description
This beautiful and brand-new villa, built-in 2021, is located on the outskirts of Biarritz, almost on the border with the neighboring town of Bidart. It is in an idyllic location, on the front line near some beautiful sandy beaches. The villa has incredible panoramic views of the ocean and tamarisk trees from the living room, as well as from the kitchen, several bedrooms, and the terrace.
The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room has access to the ocean-side terrace and the villa’s courtyard to the pool and barbecue terrace. Also on the ground floor of the house, you will find an open kitchen, dining area, and one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom.
The ocean view terrace has a large dining table for family reunions and long, warm evenings with a glass of wine overlooking the sunset.
On the first floor of the villa, you’ll find four more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. Two of them have breathtaking ocean views.
At the back of the villa, there is another terrace with a heated swimming pool (8×4) with sun loungers, barbecue/grill, and a summer kitchen adjacent to the green lawn.
Just below the villa’s windows, on the way to the beach, wide green lawns are dotted with tamarisk trees for picnics, catching the kids in a ball game, or simply strolling along enjoying the ocean.
What we adore
No doubts – the location! It is ideal for a large family villa. It combines the first line, all the infrastructure within walking distance (!), and a comfortable distance from the center of Biarritz – all for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
And also – a panoramic magnificent views of the ocean and sunsets. After all, the sun sets on our coast directly to the ocean. And it’s amazing!

The location of the villa is very convenient as it allows you to walk straight down to the beautiful Milady beach with its delicious coastal restaurant, large playground on the sand and great waves for surfing. And you'll also be just a short walk from another beautiful beach (one of our favourites), Ilbarritz. On this beach, you'll find two more of our guests' favourite tasty restaurants: La Plancha and Blue Cargo.
For golf enthusiasts, the golf course with incredible ocean views is within walking distance.
The centre of Biarritz is also easily accessible by bicycle or a pleasant long walk along the beaches.
The nearest airport is in Biarritz (BIQ), 4 km from the villa.

I loved everything too – and surfing and bodyboarding!!!
But we realised that we needed to continue training in the water every day to improve!!! Two weeks was very little… Next time we will come for a longer period! 😊

My husband and children are really enjoying their stay. I really like that it’s not too hot, it’s the first time I don’t rush to the beach early in the morning, the food is superb, we go to the market every day, the little restaurant in our building is not expensive at all but delicious! We didn’t experience this in Nice, everything is so nice in the city, quiet, people are totally different, not like on the French Riviera, we are enjoying everything! !!
Booking conditions
Payment
For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent must be paid by the Guest within a maximum of 3 working days following the request for payment made by Biarritzinlove. The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rental period.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to cover any potential damage during your stay.
